Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and offshore UK islands areas may take longer than specified. Orders being sent to areas outside mainland UK are unlikely to arrive within the times specified.

Bank Holiday Deliveries

Royal Mail do not deliver on Bank Holidays so deliveries will be made on the next working day.

Bank Holiday Despatches

Bank Holiday Mondays – Payment received before 12 noon on the previous Friday will be despatched the same day.

Bank Holiday Fridays – Payment received before 3pm the previous Thursday will be despatched the same day.

Bank Holiday Weekends – Payment received over a Bank Holiday Weekend will not be despatched until the next working day.
